Job responsibilities:
The Assistant Practice Manager assumes responsibility, leadership, and accountability for daily operations. Coordinate work monitoring for quality of service. Support employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed. Acts as lead during Practice Manager’s absence. Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Processes time ensures success of practice and management by providing overall support. Manages multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of clerical experience Required
Previous management experience Required
High School Diploma
Preferred qualifications:
Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment preferred.
