Summary of the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and agile merchandising professional to support the Digital portfolio across Men’s and Women’s categories. As an integral part of the India Merchandising team, this role will focus on assortment support, data management, and operational excellence for SMUs and Digital-exclusive lines. About the role:
- Act as a core member of the India Merchandising team, supporting day-to-day activities for Digital-exclusive and SMU assortments.
- Support the Digital portfolio for Men’s and Women’s wear with a strong focus on data management excellence, including line sheets, sell-in/sell-out reports, and season-on-season analysis.
- Lead and support operational activities aligned with the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar to enable timely and accurate execution.
- Liaise closely with Product Development, Design, Retail Merchandising, and Commercial teams to drive seamless operational workflows.
- Create, maintain, and own attribute sheets for E-commerce across platforms.
- Lead weekly and monthly business reporting and analytics for the Digital portfolio across all channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards covering sell-through management, inward plans, gap analysis, and performance tracking.
- Track sales and volume performance across Marketplace, Wholesale E-commerce, and Levi.in.
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability to evolving business needs and changing priorities.
- Support targeted consumer research through market shopping and trade/fashion publications to inform line development and pricing strategy.
- Create and maintain internal seasonal sample lines.
- Act as a conduit for information, materials, and samples between internal teams and external agencies.

About you
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or e-commerce support roles is an advantage.
- Data & Systems: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Analytical & Operational Skills: Ability to manage data accurately, generate insights, and support decision-making through reporting.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Problem Solving: Quick learner with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Agility & Ownership: High degree of flexibility, initiative, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
