About the location:

Located in the Indian Ocean, this cluster role is based at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles on the main island of Mahé, with regular travel to Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island in the Amirantes archipelago. Mahé offers dramatic granite peaks, pristine beaches, and access to local culture and international connectivity, while Desroches Island provides a secluded private-island experience defined by pristine coral reefs, turquoise waters, and untouched wild, natural beauty. Together, these two distinct yet complementary locations offer a unique opportunity to work across both a vibrant main-island resort and an exclusive island sanctuary.

About the role:

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager to join Four Seasons Resorts Seychelles in a cluster role supporting both the Mahé and Desroches Island resorts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing, this role blends strategic planning, creative storytelling, and strong coordination skills, ideal for a dynamic communicator who understands luxury hospitality branding and is passionate about delivering consistent, compelling messaging across multiple channels and destinations.

What you will do:

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across both resorts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the resorts’ business objectives
• Coordinate and create compelling content for digital platforms, print collateral, and on-property communications
• Lead proactive and creative programs that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel’s presence.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage.
• Pitch targeted story ideas, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips to highlight the hotel’s offerings.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives on time and on brand
• Support media, influencer, and PR activities, including hosting, coordination, and reporting
• Monitor trends, campaign results, and brand performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

 

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in public relations or marketing communications, ideally within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand narratives
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across departments and cultures
• A collaborative mindset, with experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and managing external agencies and vendors
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
