[What the role is]

The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division under EDB and focuses on building a strong ecosystem of overseas family, friends and fans of Singapore. This includes growing a network of individuals whose skills, affinity and influence could strengthen Singapore’s business and talent ecosystem, along with enhancing international mindshare of Singapore as a vibrant global hub in Asia.

The Design, Capacity and Culture team is responsible for people-centred experience and service design, workplace experience, funding programme operations and back-office functions.

[What you will be working on]

SGN believes in empowering people to grow communities and the SGN Funding Programme is a key product that enables interested individuals or groups to do so.

You will support both the funding programme operations and workplace experience initiatives.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines

  • Respond to customer enquiries about funding requirements and application processes

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards

  • Manage complex cases and escalations effectively, seeking guidance when needed

  • Support business process improvement efforts related to funding programme

  • Design and implement workplace and employee experience initiatives

[What we are looking for]

What we are looking for

  • A university degree in any discipline with one to two years of working experiences in funding programme processing or administrative work. Fresh graduates may apply too.

  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to delivering quality work

  • Comfortable with using digital tools as required by the job

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Singaporean.
