The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a part of the Client Operations department within S&P Global Market Intelligence. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience to support sales and retention efforts, working closely with other teams such as commercial, product management, content, and technical support to ensure that our clients are supported around the clock. We are the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries—we partner with our clients to ensure that their issues are fully resolved, and that they are maximizing our products’ potential.
The Impact:
You will lead a dynamic team of Client Support associates, supporting them in their roles and providing guidance on their career development with S&P Global. You will also work closely with other people leaders regionally and globally on projects such as coverage, training, automation, process improvements, and more.

Responsibilities:
Lead training efforts and ensure that the team has the necessary tools, training, and support to become experts on the Visible Alpha Insights, Data Feeds, and Capital IQ Pro platforms.
Exceed survey favorability targets set by the business to measure client satisfaction with Quality and Speed.
Be an active member of the recruitment cycle, set high people standards, coach for high performance, and export talent.
Plan for coverage and ensure 24x7 client support on phone, chat, and emails.
Take ownership of our commercial vision and cultural values.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum BBA or MBA degree. Familiarity and interest in financial markets with fundamental knowledge.
3+ years of work experience in client services/ client facing teams.
Experience as a team leader/ manager, hands-on knowledge with recruiting, conducting performance reviews and assisting with professional growth and development.
Deep product knowledge and experience on Visible Alpha Insights, Data Services and/or Capital IQ Pro.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English), training and presentation skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel and other Office applications.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment and must possess the ability to work independently and to be a self-starter. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
A team player who is willing to take on a wide variety of tasks and handling/ leading projects/ project management skills.
Solution-oriented: Detail-oriented and possesses strong critical/ analytical thinking skills.
Flexible to work on varying shifts (e.g. HKT, GMT, EST, MT business hours).
Required to work from the office based on the anchor/flex framework.
