About the role
Marketing:
Prepare marketing materials for projects such as marketing brochures, property information, assisting in rolling out social media marketing activities
Assist the Logistics & Industrial team on rolling out marketing programs for appointed projects and follow up with regular marketing reporting and any other matters related to marketing.
Work closely with the team on preparation of proposals and presentations for pitching of appointments.
Liaise with Corporate Marcoms to promote the Logistics & Industrial team and its projects
Organize events and open houses to support broker engagement and project marketing
Creation of property info deck and marketing deck
Social Media Management – Manage LinkedIn content and presence
Website Management – Update project listings on the website
EDM Management – Creation of Adverts and Direct mailers to send regular EDMs to clients with project updates
Maintain client database
Use tracking tools such as Marketing Cloud, and project delivery and management tools and provide campaign reporting metrics to the Logistics & Industrial team and ownership and recommend improvements to enhance performance
Options Listing:
Assist the HOD on options and proposals preparation
Scout for new space / building options (opportunities) for the team via online platform.
Support Brokers in the generation of suitable sites to clients
Team Operations:
Maintain project databases,
Supervise junior support staff
Commercial Guru subscription and maintenance
Improve data management for site solutions to provide a comprehensive listing and drive adoption of site solutions by the team.Business Development - Lead Generation & Prospecting & Pitching:
Prepare customized pitches and presentations to support deal closure
Conduct research and analysis to assist brokers and support deal closure
Source new opportunities from landlords/sellers
Cold call, attend trade shows and any other avenue to identify potential clients
Manage JTC appointed projects
