Job Responsibilities:
- Execute product development process including design product skeleton, conduct market research, prepare product specification, develop sales materials and product literatures, enhance system, liaise with different departments for product approval, and prepare communications to sales channel.
- Explore new product initiatives - idea generation, conduct feasibility study, analyze market trend and environment, service providers for value added benefits. Provide inputs to underwriting and administration teams for product underwriting and administration
- Develop, maintain and regularly update product marketing materials and training materials to effectively position products to internal staff, agents and customers
- Work closely with internal teams to plan, coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives, to enhance agent productivity and customer engagement
- Strengthen agency distribution effectiveness by delivering product training and creating agent engagement touchpoint
- Participate in the introduction and development of digital tools and implement product online platform strategy to drive products’ sales activities and improve end-to-end customer experience
- Promote and achieve efficiency and excellence, ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience and exposure in product development, product marketing or promotional activities in insurance sector
- Possesses good sense in online/digital marketing and IT
- Knowledge in general/life insurance products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
