Your New Role…
- As a part of our APAC Growth Marketing team, you will play a vital role in building the HBO Max brand, driving engagement, and accelerating subscriber growth across a wide range of distribution partners. From CTVs and app stores to local e-wallets, connected devices, in-app purchase partners, and wholesale sellers, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and key external partners to deliver impactful, insight-driven partner marketing initiatives across the region.
- Passionate about entertainment and deeply knowledgeable about D2C marketing, you will thrive in a highly cross-functional environment where relationship-building, creativity, and strategic thinking are essential to success.
Your Role Accountabilities: -
- Own the partner marketing strategy and execution for key global partner accounts across APAC, collaborating with local partner marketing leads to support regional and market-specific distribution partners.
- Develop annual partner marketing plans that leverage the content slate to drive brand visibility, subscriber acquisition, and deeper partner engagement.
- Manage regular partner touchpoints to secure a greater share of partner marketing visibility, driving creative ideas that enhance on-platform visibility and competitive advantage.
- Inspire and influence partner marketing and commercial teams to prioritize HBO Max content promotion by clearly articulating the value, performance impact, and commercial upside for their business.
- Oversee editorial strategy and partner relationships across connected devices, app stores, and wholesale environments to maximize merchandising, featuring, and activation opportunities.
- Manage external agencies as required to deliver best-in-class partner campaigns and ensure high-quality creative execution across all channels.
- Analyze, report, and present partnership performance insights to APAC and global stakeholders, identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing plans against agreed KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience: -
- Proven partner marketing experience, ideally within entertainment, streaming, telco, OEM, or CTV ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of D2C and B2B2C marketing models, including partner distribution channels and connected device ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans with clear commercial and engagement outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable leading initiatives independently.
Shift Timings:- 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Needs to be flexible considering global collaboration)
