About the Role:

  • Drive leasing transactions across office and industrial portfolios from initiation to closing.

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with landlords, developers, and occupiers.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, canvassing, and referrals.

  • Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and lease structuring with clients.

  • Provide market insights, rental benchmarks, and asset advisory to support client decisions.

  • Support pitching activities, proposals, and strategic client presentations.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team performance and revenue targets.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in office or industrial leasing, brokerage, or commercial advisory.

  • Strong track record in revenue generation and deal execution.

  • Well-developed client network within the corporate or industrial real estate ecosystem.

  • Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercially savvy, resilient, and comfortable working against targets.

  • Open to leveraging and expanding expertise across multiple asset classes.

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc.) are an advantage.
