[What the role is]

Assistant Manager/ Manager, Business Planning & Development

[What you will be working on]

  • Execute Price and Quality tenders for allocation of State properties and ensure outcomes are met

  • Explore and implement new allocation mechanisms for State properties

  • Plan and execute adaptive reuse of State land and properties before they are slated for long term developments

  • Rejuvenate portfolio properties by engaging market players to explore new uses

  • Work with other agencies and business partners for potential collaboration on strategic properties and projects

[What we are looking for]

  • Candidate with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

  • Experience in Urban Planning, Business Development, Data Analysis and Contracts will be preferred

  • Able to work both independently and in a team, and has great attention to details

  • Able to work well in fast-paced environment

  • Possess good initiative, project management skills, adept to produce PowerPoint slides and presentations

  • Relevant experience in managing advertising and promotion for retail malls/ integrated developments will be a plus
