Responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining civil infrastructure and building works to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards

About the Role: -

  • Civil Maintenance: Oversee repair and upkeep of building structures, flooring, roofing, and other civil assets.
  • Project Execution: Manage civil projects including renovations, expansions, and new constructions within timelines and budgets.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and suppliers for quality execution of civil works.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of civil works, inspection reports, and compliance audits.

About You: ·

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in civil maintenance and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).

About You:
 Graduate
Minimum Experience – 7+ Years
 Experience within the Facility industry
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
