Assistant Manager, Design – Digital Marketing 

 

About the role 
 

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Content Strategist with specialized experience in paid media and social creative to revolutionize our content approach. This role requires an innovative thinker who can develop highly engaging creative assets that drive performance while maintaining strict brand integrity. The ideal candidate will shift our content strategy from traditional static formats toward cutting-edge animation, short-form video, and interactive experiences designed specifically for engagement optimization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Creative Strategy & Development 

  

  • Conceptualize and execute out-of-the-box creative campaigns specifically designed for paid media channels and social platforms 

  • Develop content strategies that prioritize engagement and interaction over traditional information-sharing approaches 

  • Create compelling narratives that drive user action while maintaining brand consistency and voice 

  

Content Creation & Production 

  

  • Design and produce animated content, short-form videos, and interactive media assets for various paid media campaigns 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring creative concepts to life 

  • Optimize creative assets for platform-specific requirements and audience behaviors 

  

Performance & Brand Balance 

  

  • Ensure all creative output maintains brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to maximize engagement 

  • Analyze creative performance metrics to continuously refine and improve content strategies 

  • Balance innovative approaches with brand integrity to protect and enhance brand equity 

  

Innovation & Trend Leadership 

  

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in paid media creative, social content, and interactive media 

  • Experiment with new formats, technologies, and creative approaches to maintain competitive advantage 

  • Champion the evolution from static imagery toward dynamic, engaging content formats 

  

Required Qualifications 

Essential Experience 

  

  • 7+  years of proven experience specifically in paid media creative or social media creative  

  • 3+ years of team handling experience 

  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing animation, short-form video content, and interactive media projects 

  • Track record of creating content that drives measurable engagement metrics rather than just brand awareness 

  

  

Technical Skills 

  

  • Proficiency in motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar) 

  • Video editing capabilities (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) or equivalent 

  • Understanding of social platform specifications and optimization requirements 

  • Experience with interactive content creation tools and techniques 

  

Strategic Capabilities 

  •   

  • Deep understanding of paid media landscape and creative performance optimization 

  • Ability to think strategically about content that converts viewers into engaged users 

  • Experience balancing creative innovation with brand compliance requirements 

  • Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in digital marketing agencies or in-house paid media teams 

  • Experience with emerging formats like AR filters, interactive polls, or gamified content 

  • Knowledge of A/B testing creative variations for performance optimization 

  • Understanding of cross-platform content adaptation and scaling
