  • Conduct Site Inspections: Carry out regular site visits to assess project progress, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Client Query Handling: Address and resolve client queries promptly, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Execution & Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed technical reports, including findings, recommendations, and project updates.
    • Perform market surveys and market value analysis to support valuation and decision-making processes.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update project-related databases, documentation, and records accurately.

About You

  • Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site execution, inspections, or related roles.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
    • Ability to handle client interactions effectively.
