[What the role is]

Tenancy management - attend to tenant's feedback/appeal/monitor rental payment and arrears

[What you will be working on]

  • Serve as Account Manager for a designated portfolio of commercial tenants.
     
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
     
  • Lead the formulation, review and enhancement of leasing policies and processes to optimise operational efficiency and tenant experience.
     
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of tenants' requirements, including space utilisation patterns, rental assistance needs and commercial considerations, to provide tailored solutions.
     
  • Implement and manage arrears collection for the portfolio, ensuring timely rental payments and minimising defaults.
     
  • Lead negotiations for tenancy renewals with existing tenants, securing optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships.

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant working experience in the real estate industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
     
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
     
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
     
  • Good knowledge of real estate and facilities management practices will be an advantage
