About the Role
The Team is the first point of contact for Commercial Sales and Field Sales teams and is responsible for Key Account/National Account level customer and Outlet level customer Agreement, Invoice management, Pricing and document retention.
The CIO & Pricing Assistant Manager will act as the single point of contact for the Team Leader of the process & also the market contacts.
The role is expected to provide operational, functional, and coaching support to the team members of the team as per the request and instruction from the line manager.

Top Accountabilities
The Junior Manager will also have specific on-going responsibility including but not limited to:
· Responsible for all Contract and Invoice Operations processes
· Responsible for quality work for Contract & Invoice Operations activities
· Responsibility and ownership of market
· Liaise & Co-ordinate with market stake holders, sales reps to understand context around claims received, activation status and appropriate evidence required
· Manage co-ordination between key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant implementation of CPI
· Offer query resolution support to a range of internal stakeholders, including the credit, master data, COPS, legal, and antitrust teams
· Liaise with internal stake holders
· Liaise with the customer on Invoicing related issues.
· Ensure a 100% Compliance across all the areas of Invoicing and Audits
· Take ownership and devise strategies with the Sales on the invoicing processes.
· Service mindset for the market & customer
· Think out of the box, Go out of what is documented
· Represent team as second level, during absence of manager / TL and support the internal teams
Qualifications and Experience Required
· Excellent Business communication (Verbal communication & written)
· Experience in Contract and Invoice operations processes, would be advantageous
· Results oriented, strong drive and urgency
· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Awareness of controls and risk management
· Strong problem identifying and problem-solving skills.
· Build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders
· Experienced in working within shared service center environment
· Multi-tasking with precision to accuracy
