Position: Assistant Manager, Administrative Support
This role supports the Assistant Director to in the management of the Quality Assurance Review and academic administration of the Postgraduate by Coursework (PGC) programmes. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating programme reviews, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of academic and administrative processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, analyse, and interpret data to support programme reviews.

  • Manage and maintain dashboards  to enable data access, reporting, and analysis.

  • Support the administrative planning and logistical arrangements for Programme Reviews to ensure effective and timely execution.

  • Provide secretariat support for committee meetings, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up on decisions and actions items. 

  • Coordinate meeting logistics and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling and event arrangements. Support university- and ministry-level reporting on PGC data and related matters.

  • Undertake other duties as assigned, in support of departmental and institutional priorities.

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree (in any discipline).

  • Knowledge in processing data will be an advantage.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills.

  • Possess good communication and writing skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel).

  • People-oriented and a team player.
