About the Role
As an Assistant Logistics Coordinator, you’ll help ensure smooth and accurate shipping processes. You’ll work closely with different teams to keep shipments on track and support efficient operations.
What You’ll Do
Track daily shipment status and share updates with internal teams.
Make sure all logistics documents are received and delivered correctly.
Work with the Warehouse and Customs teams to speed up urgent deliveries and resolve issues.
Coordinate with planners and buyers to organize material receiving and shipping plans.
Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
Keep accurate logistics records and verify freight invoices.
Handle other related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to prepare simple reports and respond to questions from managers and customers.
Basic math skills (algebra and geometry).
Strong computer skills, including experience with common software tools.
Ability to follow instructions and solve problems with a practical approach.
