Assistant Leasing Manager (Parkway Parade)

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager, who will be responsible for leasing in Parkway Parade (retail) including replacing non-performing tenants and renewals of leases and contributing to the desired tenancy mix.

Responsibilities:

  • To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the office and mall are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
  • To be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
  • To prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and annual business plan.
  • To work with Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
  • To contribute to the mall’s vision on the desired tenancy mix through active prospecting and engagement with retailers.
  • To collaborate with different functions of the Centre Management Office to ensure tenancy related matters are resolved.
  • To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore and be aware of general retail market trends.

Requirements:

  • Holds CEA certification
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years experience preferably in retail leasing experience and representing the landlord
  • Familiar with lease negotiation, administration and documentation
  • Has a pleasant disposition, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Good with PowerPoint presentation, excel and lease management and budgeting systems
