Role Detail
Based in the Sydney CBD office, with a balanced approach to WFH, this role focuses on providing administrative support to the Global Business Acceptance Team (GBAT). Business acceptance is essentially engagement risk. New business acceptance involves managing professional conduct obligations, as well as commercial, regulatory and reputational risks when accepting new clients and matters. GBAT are commercially minded with a focus to enable the acceptance of new clients and matters and maximise opportunities. The team manages potential engagement risks, using centralised global client, matter and third-party data, as part of the onboarding process.
Joining this pivotal team in a 12mth parental leave cover, you will report to the Head of Business Acceptance – Conflicts and work closely with all members of GBAT. This role requires confidentiality, strong administrative, organisational, project management and communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels. It also requires the ability to organise and analyse data and information in various databases and formats.
