As our new Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring overall effective operations of the food and beverage department, including adherence to all health regulations and liquor laws. This position has operational leadership of F&B outlets to include restaurant and catering operations. O'Malley's Pub, hotel ballroom, and meeting rooms are the responsibility of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to operate efficiently and ensure adherence to all health regulations. Uses leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality. Manages assigned staff/departments to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive associate relations.
