Periodic walk-around of client site premises as directed by site FM.
Periodic meetings (as directed by site FM) with support staff for operations updates and to review quality of resolution.
Responsible for the delivery of workplace services and acting as the primary point of contact for all local Facilities Management-related matters.
Plan and manage the budgets for Facilities in coordination with the Facility Manager, tracking facility operating expenses and ensuring they remain within budget.
Validate and track C&W sub-vendor invoices and payments.
Review the maintenance/service practices of sub-service contractors to ensure quality work standards.
Review and update client/FM/Management on all pending activities. Conduct weekly inventory reviews and raise monthly indents for procurement of required technical/soft services spares.
Responsible for work permits, including issuance and closure of Permit to Work as per client acknowledgment.
Provide timely management reporting to respective stakeholders.
Support preparation of Monthly Management Reports for client/management submission.
Coordinate with client procurement team and project vendors for removal of scrap/debris from site.
Coordinate with GEL team for support required for new and upcoming equipment installations and minor projects.
Coordinate with building landlord for any infrastructure-related support.
Periodically inspect logbooks and checklists. Oversee technical operations and ensure PPM is carried out as per schedule.
Work towards zero downtime and establish practices to ensure seamless service delivery to the client.
Coordinate with client for inter-office events such as annual celebrations and cultural festivals.
Provide support for CSR activities conducted within the client site.
Maintain a safe environment for all facility employees, contractors, and visitors.
Serve as a member of Client and CW Emergency Response Team.
Ensure timely closure of PM tickets raised on FAMIS 360.
Collate asset details for uploading into FAMIS (Facilities Management Information System)360.
Work in coordination with regional and global teams for enhancement of the FAMIS 360 tool.
Maintain and update office seating layout.
Provide courier and postal services.
Communicate building rules and update usage guidelines.
Manage equipment for new hires and leavers.
Assist with lab and server room operations.
