Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations of the QMS, documentation, revision control, and ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
  •  Leading internal audits, coordinating external certification audits (registrar/customer), and auditing suppliers.
  • Investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Working with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into product development and processes.
  • Developing and delivering QMS training, supporting technical services, and analyzing failure modes.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. 

Functional Knowledge

  • Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and root cause identification.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Experience with audits (internal, supplier, customer) and CAPA systems (8D). 
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.
