What this job involves:

As an Assistant Facilities Manager, Soft Services at JLL, you will ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment while planning and executing preparations for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits with comprehensive coordination and management capabilities. This role requires managing mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations while performing daily workarounds at site to maintain high standards and quickly identifying and resolving facility issues. You will provide input and ideas to help optimize facility performance while reviewing vendor services and coordinating resolution of service issues within established service level agreements. This comprehensive assistant facilities manager soft services role involves remaining mobile and capable of working from other locations as needed while coordinating vendors, reviewing their services and resolving any service issues within SLA requirements. You will connect with business units and employees for feedback and issue resolution while managing third-party vendor staff to maintain the floors as per SLAs and defined KPIs. You will be innovative and creative for continuous improvement and bring in new ideas while following JLL values and principles, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional soft services excellence through comprehensive operations coordination, vendor management, and workplace optimization that ensures superior work environment safety, comfort, and operational efficiency across diverse commercial real estate environments.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Ensure safer and more comfortable work environment while planning and executing preparations for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits with comprehensive coordination
  • Manage mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations while performing daily workarounds at site to maintain high standards for operational excellence
  • Quickly identify and resolve facility issues while providing input and ideas to help optimize facility performance through strategic recommendations and solutions
  • Review vendor services and coordinate resolution of service issues while remaining mobile and capable of working from other locations as needed
  • Coordinate vendors while reviewing their services and resolving any service issues within SLA requirements for comprehensive vendor performance management
  • Connect with business units and employees for feedback and issue resolution while managing third-party vendor staff to maintain floors per SLAs and KPIs
  • Be innovative and creative for continuous improvement while bringing in new ideas for enhanced operational efficiency and workplace optimization
  • Follow JLL values and principles while maintaining high standards across all soft services operations and vendor coordination activities for excellence delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of safer and more comfortable work environment maintenance while demonstrating meetings, conferences, and VIP visits preparation and execution capabilities
  • Experience with mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations management while performing daily workarounds at site to maintain high standards
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve facility issues while providing input and ideas to help optimize facility performance through strategic solutions
  • Knowledge of vendor services review and service issues resolution coordination while demonstrating mobility and capability of working from other locations
  • Experience with vendor coordination while understanding services review and service issues resolution within SLA requirements for comprehensive performance management
  • Understanding of business units and employees connection for feedback and issue resolution while managing third-party vendor staff for floors maintenance
  • Knowledge of SLAs and defined KPIs compliance while demonstrating innovative and creative approach for continuous improvement and new ideas implementation
  • Understanding of JLL values and principles following while maintaining comprehensive soft services operations coordination and vendor management excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with meetings, conferences, and VIP visits comprehensive preparation and execution while understanding work environment safety and comfort optimization
  • Knowledge of mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations comprehensive management while demonstrating daily workarounds performance for standards maintenance
  • Understanding of facility issues identification and resolution capabilities while providing facility performance optimization input and ideas through strategic recommendations
  • Experience with vendor services comprehensive review and service issues coordination resolution while demonstrating mobile work capabilities from multiple locations
  • Knowledge of vendor coordination comprehensive management while understanding services review and SLA requirements compliance for performance excellence
  • Experience with business units and employees feedback connection while demonstrating third-party vendor staff management for floors maintenance per KPIs
  • Understanding of continuous improvement innovative and creative approach while bringing new ideas for operational efficiency and workplace optimization enhancement
  • Background in JLL values and principles comprehensive following while maintaining soft services operations excellence and vendor coordination across commercial environments.
