Responsible for managing and supervising all division operational activities including work planning, workforce coordination, resource management, and cost control to ensure plantation operations run effectively, safely, and in accordance with agronomic standards and company targets.
Prepare division operational budgets based on field conditions and MCAR standards.
Develop monthly and daily work plans, including manpower and material requirements.
Lead daily morning briefings and coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure work plans are executed according to targets.
Manage allocation of labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment to support field operations.
Ensure all agronomic activities and third-party work comply with company standards and agreed specifications.
Monitor harvesting activities and ensure Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are delivered properly and on time to the MCC.
Review and approve operational reports, overtime, material usage, and work progress.
Perform cost control and monitor budget realization for division operations.
Provide coaching and supervision to subordinates and maintain good relations with employees and local stakeholders.
Ensure implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in all operational activities.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plantation or field operational management.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Good understanding of agronomic practices and plantation operations.
Willing to work in plantation operational areas.
