The Process Governance Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end process management, governance, and excellence across the FP&A COE. This role ensures that standardized frameworks and processes are adopted and executed consistently by the operational teams, supports the performance management of processes, and contributes to the ongoing development and transformation of the FP&A COE.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, roll out, and monitor common process management frameworks and governance standards across the Reporting & Analysis COE
Partner with operational teams to drive process alignment, standardization, and optimization beyond the transition phase
Facilitate identification of initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery across the COE
Align major functional scoping and process design topics with COE leadership and segment Finance teams
Define process performance metrics, monitor adherence, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and timeliness
Support the Head of Process Governance & Excellence in defining and evolving process governance methodologies, best practices and transformation of COE.
Collaborate with stakeholders across COE and Finance frontline/HQ teams to ensure consistent adoption of governance standards and frameworks.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
6+ years of experience in Finance, transformation, or process excellence roles, ideally including consulting exposure
Strong understanding of Business Finance / FP&A processes within a Corporate and Shared Service / COE environment
Proven track record with governance frameworks, process performance management, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Advanced skills in process taxonomy design, operating model design, and process mapping to enable alignment and optimization
Strong analytical skills to assess process performance, identify gaps, and uncover productivity or cost-saving opportunities
Structured, solution-oriented, and able to translate complex problems into practical, implementable solutions
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; capable of navigating a global matrix organization
Collaborative, ambitious, and experienced in cross-functional, end-to-end transformation initiatives
Cost-conscious mindset with a passion for improving business and finance processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and solid understanding of Finance data systems
Finance, Shipping and/or Logistics business acumen is an advantage.
