This position on the Systems & Operations team is crucial for managing application processes and supporting our Territory Managers through Slate. The role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where responsibilities may shift. This position is key to achieving departmental goals and furthering the mission of the Admission office through active participation in projects, meetings, and community events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Director of Admission Systems & Operations in managing and optimizing the online application/prospect system, including queries, rules, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Serve as a primary Technolutions Slate user for application processing, data integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Assist with implementation and daily management of CommonApp and Coalition platforms, including testing, data flow, documentation, and staff training.
Perform system configuration, maintenance, and quality control for applications, documents, forms, and decisions.
Partner with the Senior Application Specialist to manage applicant data and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Work with campus partners (marketing, registrar, LITS, athletics, student services) to streamline processes and enhance the admission experience.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM
Flexibility, humor, and adaptability in managing multiple tasks
Preferred:
Admission experience in a selective college/university setting
Physical / Mental / Work Environment Demands
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move within an office environment
Strong focus and organizational skills for complex, prolonged tasks
Ability to manage stress and competing priorities effectively
Hiring Range $60,957-$68,577
