About the Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting the program through practice and game-day decisions, player skill development, and performing administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist the program through practice and game-day decisions
Scout opponents
Develop training drills for player skill development and lead positional portions of practice
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate prospective student-athletes from throughout the country
Attend departmental meetings, programs, and clinics
Assist with fund-raising
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2–3 years coaching experience required, preferably at a Division I program
Collegiate playing experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and understanding of Conference and NCAA regulations
Previous experience with budgeting procedures and strong communication and management skills required
Must be available to travel and work evenings and weekends as required

$76,335.00 - $107,823.75With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
