About This Role

                                                                                                         

Qualifications and experience required

·         Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment.

·         Must have current licences – Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable)

·         P&WC PT6 and Pilatus PC-12 type ratings, or with company support, be able to obtain them.

·         Active, on-the-tools role requiring hands-on maintenance experience.

·         Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment.

·         Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

·         Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Persists and focuses on achieving objectives, even in difficult circumstances.

·         Strong team leadership and management experience-desirable
