About the role
The Assistant Chief Butler supports the Chief Butler in managing the butler team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
What you will do
Ensure personalized service for all guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
Oversee the daily operations of the butler service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards and procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper care of equipment.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and updates.
Closely communication and share staff challenges on operations with Front Office Manager or Chief Butler on a daily basis
What you bring
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a butler or a related management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
Strong leadership, management and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
