What you’ll get to do:
- Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations of the cement plant.
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Support maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime.
- Lead and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous performance improvement.
- Support planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projects
- Act as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cement, aggregates, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems.
Preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work.
Work Environment:
- Role operates on-site with physical presence in a plant environment where the conditions include exposure to dust, moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.
