What You’ll Do 

  • Support and oversee the daily banquet operations, ensuring impeccable service delivery across meetings, social events, and luxury celebrations. 

  • Lead, train, and inspire the banquet team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. 

  • Coordinate closely with Culinary, Sales, Events, and Stewarding to ensure flawless execution of all functions. 

  • Conduct preevent briefings and postevent evaluations, ensuring guest preferences and feedback are captured and actioned. 

  • Ensure high standards of presentation, including room setups, décor alignment, equipment readiness, and service flow. 

  • Manage staffing schedules and operational planning, ensuring productivity, costefficiency, and optimal service coverage. 

  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards, ensuring a refined and secure environment for guests and employees. 

 

What you bring 

  • Previous experience in banquet or events operations within a luxury or ultraluxury hotel environment. 

  • Proven leadership and teamdevelopment skills, with the ability to motivate and elevate service culture. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and flawless execution. 

  • Excellent communication and guestengagement skills, demonstrating poise, confidence, and warm hospitality. 

  • A solutionoriented mindset, able to anticipate needs, resolve challenges quickly, and maintain high service standards under pressure.
