Assistant Application Specialist

Main Tasks

  • Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • ­Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction of CZ product. It will include post-install training on machine operation and follow-up in-depth training on clinical application for defined product. 50%
  • ­Support pre-sale by advance demo 20%
  • Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc. 15%
  • ­Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities and sales aids 15%
  • ­Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines and 2 years clinical working experience, major in ophthalmology is preferred or Master degree or above in related disciplines

Experience

  • 2+ years clinical experience

  • English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking

  • Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
