Your day at NTT DATA
The Skilled Asset and Sparing Administrator has solid administrative experience, responsible for providing general coordination activities to the Services Asset Lifecycle Management team.

The primary function of this role is to assist with stock planning processes, order administration and distribution, basic system support, filing and general coordination tasks.

This role may be required to provide guidance to entry level employees regarding work process.

Key responsibilities:

Provides a complete asset and sparing coordination and support the activities relating to the function.
Assists with stock planning processes, order administration and distribution, basic system support, filing and general administrative tasks.
Coordinates the resolution of stock related queries and when required, escalate these to the Service Asset Lifecycle Manager.
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
Acts as an informal team leader as and when required.
Performs any other related task as required.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

Secondary school certification or equivalent qualification.
Working towards completion of a relevant degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent is desirable.

Required experience:

Solid experience gained within a technology services environment.
Solid understanding and knowledge of Assets and Sparing.
