Job Title: ASI/ORDERS/NETCOP MANAGER – ASSOCIATE

Agile Defense is seeking a Situational Awareness Cell ASI & Orders Processor to join our team. The work location will be Fort Huachuca, AZ. This position requires an active secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance. This position will support the Global Cyber Center (GCC), which provides cutting-edge technology in an enterprise-level environment.

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

· Manage Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) records for DoWIN-A networks in the Network Common Operational Picture (NETCOP) ASI management system from initiation to completion

· Develop and disseminate detailed reports associated with potential outages or degradations of DoWIN-A services

· Interface with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the collection of information required to effectively document and assess the potential impact of ASIs on DoWIN-A networks

· Resolve record-related deficiencies and ensure adherence to organizational quality standards

· Create non-disruption documentation and distribute to relevant parties, ensuring deconfliction actions are taken when necessary

· Monitor various communication mediums and respond promptly

· Participate in internal and external meetings and briefings with senior-level government leadership as an ASI authority

· Participate in training and retraining new ASI Processors

Orders Management

· Create, modify, and assign internal tasking orders (ITOs) to appropriate internal teams in the ITO Tracker Orders management system for GCC-tasked Army Orders and Request for Change (RFCs)

· Conduct follow-ups with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the collection of information required to effectively report progress concerning tasked Orders and RFCs

· Provide detailed and accurate situational awareness reporting to senior-level government leadership related to tasking progress and completion

· Create Network Bulletin documentation and distribute to relevant internal and external parties

· Manage the addition and removal of personnel in the ITO Tracker Orders management system

· Monitor various communication mediums and respond promptly

· Participate in internal and external meetings and briefings with senior-level government leadership as an Orders and RFC authority

· Participate in training and retraining new Orders Processors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Active in scope Secret Clearance

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent people and phone skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Experience with Microsoft Office products

· Positive, focused, and engaging team player is a must

· Must be highly organized and adaptive to change

· Understanding of the Army missions and how IT contributes to the delivery of products or services supporting those missions

· Ability to interact professionally with all levels of Army customers/organizations (verbal and written)

· Must possess basic overall IT knowledge

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with senior-level government personnel

· Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills for making the appropriate decisions

· Must be motivated, adaptable, and able to produce quality results in an evolving environment

· Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail

· Advanced skills in creating and editing documentation in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

 

Education, Background, and Years of Experience

 

· AA/AS + 1 year experience

· Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain one

· Significant experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

· Type a minimum of 40 WPM
