As an Associate, you own it. You are the day-to-day manager of client programs, deliverables and campaigns. You are the “go to” for your g4 partners as well as subject matter experts. You have a clear understanding of your client’s business and our role in keeping “the train on the tracks.” You are not only reactive but proactive as you anticipate problems and solutions. And, you are sharing your expertise with more junior talent. You provide real-time coaching and demonstrate inclusive behaviour to help others succeed. You use your time wisely and prioritize what’s most important. And you’re accountable.
REQUIREMENTS
- For this role, we are looking for a conceptual creative with an understanding of translating insights into concepts, having strong graphic design experience in both static and motion graphics content for about 2-4 years. Knowledge in creating compelling multimedia content is a plus. Able to conceptualise earned-first creative ideas and execute the design elements, both static and motion.
- Build trusting relationships with your colleagues, teams and client contacts. You collaborate, counsel and contribute to exceptional and brave work.
- Proactive in understanding creative and design trends to provide counsel to clients and teams
- Leadership – you’ll be expected to develop yourself through training, mentoring, coaching and on-the-job experience.
- Drive Business - You do this by recognizing the role you play in the financial success of our Agency. You learn about the tools, processes and points of view that make Golin progressive. You also contribute to new and organic new business opportunities when possible.
- Team player – comfortable to work closely with client servicing team to ensure a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Able to articulate concepts and ideas in client presentations well and be the catalysts in bringing concepts to life
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential as this is a client facing role with the need to work with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
