Arena - Ticket Service Representative (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose within the Organization:

The purpose of this position is to provide customer service for the Arena regarding ticket sales and Box Office concerns.

Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

  • Sell tickets through the Box Office Ticketing System.

  • Provide strong customer support at in-person window for general information and ticket sales.

  • Mailing materials, stocking supplies, photocopying and data entry.

  • General office work.

  • Other duties as assigned.    

Qualifications:

  • Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.

  • Punctual and customer service oriented.

  • Box Office and cashier experience a plus but not necessary; will train.

  • Microsoft Office experience.

  • Have a passion for helping others, and able to keep a positive attitude through adversity.

  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.

  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.

  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
