Area Sales Manager

Responsible for leading and executing group sales strategies across OUTRIGGER's Waikiki collection properties, The OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort, The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel and The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving group revenue through proactive sales efforts. The Area Sales Manager collaborates closely with corporate sales team, revenue strategy, property sales, operations leaders and marketing to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and alignment with OUTRIGGER brand standards.

Candidates must be available to work onsite at The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable technical training. 3 years previous sales experience within the travel industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Delphi knowledge is highly preferred.

While base pay starts at $75,000- $80,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
