Job Description:
Area Program Operations Analyst position (Monitoring and Evaluation)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate Monitoring Process with partners and community
- Area Development Program (ADP) level monitoring system set up to track collected data, following up with field staff to ensure timely collection of data
- Ensure monitoring information were used to adjust the program intervention towards program/project objectives and captured in SAR/AR reports
- Provide quality monitoring information to ADP manager, Zonal Monitoring Coordinator, National Office's DME department and other partners
- Necessary monitoring information has prepared and provided
- Ensure all programs/projects use Horizon for monitoring process. Ensure AP design and structured data migration to Horizon system
- Update the partners and relevant stakeholders on required and minimum DME process, standards and systems
- Ensure the all-project staff understand their roles and responsibilities in collecting, analyzing and using data for decision making and work with field staff to operationalize output and outcome measurement and data collection using established process.
- Design, Monitoring and Evaluation update information sharing ensure
Reporting
- Review Monthly Management Reports (MMRs) and submitted to ADP Manager and provide highlight/feedback to ADP Manager
- Prepare and draft of Program Management Reports at ADP level (Semi-Annual Reports/Annual Reports), grant and PNS report and government reports to ADP Manager
- Semi- Annual Reports/Annual Report prepared & drafted and provided highlights/feedback to ADP Manager
Support Technical Program Baseline and Evaluation
- Contribute ADP level Technical Program Baseline/Evaluation planning and conducting process as - sample selection, data collection, data entry, data analysis, data validation as per the baseline/evaluation plan at ADP level
- Baseline report/ITTs with targets completed within the first year of implementation
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in programme/project monitoring and evaluation is essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in programme/project planning and surveying is preferred
- Teaching and training experiences is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential and bachelor's degree in social science or computer studies is preferred.
- Good planning and organizing skill are essential
- Good team player, communication, persuasion and cooperation skills.
- Diverse and comfortable to perform well in cross cultural and different religions.
- Ability to learn LEAP and TD frames.
- Application of our promise 2030 and have sound knowledge on respective technical program.
- Report writing in English is essential
