As an Area Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent within area through succession planning and demonstrating strong leadership skills
Research and maintain market insights as it pertains to all aspects of the business
Deliver consistent operational excellence in all store processes
Develop strategic plans in partnership with Store Managers and Senior District Manager to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and utilizing cross functional partnerships
Create foot traffic through community involvement and hosting events
Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
Achieve goals through efficient time management while leading and developing all teams remotely and in person
Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
5+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
