Area Manager - İstanbul European Side

About the role:

In Dyson, the Area Manager position ensures maximum communication and coordination between the field and the central sales management team. It’s combination of team management, strategic planning, sales, merchandising and coaching.

About the role:

The position will be responsible for the Istanbul European region and will also cover additional areas within its scope.

• Good level of English required.
• Field management of Dyson Experts and Hair Stylists
• Ensuring team activities align with Dyson values
• Developing, supporting, and training Dyson Experts and Hair Stylists as needed
• Organizing monthly team meetings
• Overseeing the recruitment and training process for Experts
• Monitoring the organization of monthly reports
• Taking action and following up where the Dyson experience is not adequately reflected
• Regularly visiting locations and checking routes
• Overseeing field operations
• Presenting status reports of assigned areas to the management team
• Managing regional organizations
• Organizing store-based events and activities

Candidates for this role are expected to reside in Istanbul.
