Requirements:

Salary will be based on enrollment numbers.

  • Master’s degree in education;

  • Specialist certification in the subject area;

  • Recent experience in full-time teaching at a school or in administration at a school board;

  • Two years of experience implementing the Ontario curriculum in this subject;

  • Current certification in the field;

  • Demonstrated ability to apply the Standards of Professional Practice and the Code of Ethics for Teachers in Ontario.

A level of education/experience deemed equivalent may satisfy the required education and/or experience requirements.
