These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements (Faculty)

B.Sc.N. with recent experience in pediatric nursing. Current registration as RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

Certain clinical partners require work experience on their units in order to work as a Clinical Instructor. As a condition of employment at UOttawa, the chosen candidate must be in good standing with the site where clinical teaching is to occur. Requirements of individual hospitals/worksites are available upon request.

Course Schedule:
Rotation 1: January 20 to February 12, 2027;
Rotation 1b: January 22 – February 21, 2027
Rotation 2 : February 17 – March 12, 2027
Rotation 3a: March 5 – April 11, 2027
Rotation 3 :  March 17 – April 9 or 10, 2027

Applicant cannot be teaching the same course during the same semester as they are coordinating.
Previous experience as a clinical instructor preferred.

We will extend the end date on the contract to allow time to complete the on-line students’ evaluation. Participation at team meetings is mandatory (dates to be determined).
