Excellente connaissance des politiques et processus d’intervention touchant les communautés autochtones. Excellente connaissance des réalités des communautés autochtones, des stratégies d’interventions décolonisatrices, des méthodes de sécurisation culturelle et de l’évaluation des pratiques d’intervention en contexte autochtone.
