Maîtrise ou doctorat en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe, ou diplôme universitaire en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe combiné avec les expériences et connaissances pertinentes au cours. Expérience d’enseignement ou de formation, un atout. Connaissance des processus d’intervention auprès des communautés autochtones. Excellente connaissance des réalités des milieux autochtones, ainsi que des politiques et programmes qui leur sont destinés. Capacité à mettre en œuvre une pédagogie axée sur l’apprentissage expérientiel.

Ce cours fait partie du régime d’apprentissage expérientiel approfondi (RAEA). Une expérience dans ce domaine serait un acquis. Veuillez noter qu'un minimum de 60% de la note finale de l’étudiant sera attribué aux activités d’apprentissage expérientiel.An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
