Devrait avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine de la vérification des systèmes d'information comptable. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit détenir une désignation professionnelle en finance (CA, CGA ou CMA) et une désignation de spécialiste (CIA, CA-IFA, etc).
