What You’ll Do
We want you to Lead with purpose, drive quality, compliance & innovation, own strategic provider partnerships and help shape Bupa’s apprenticeship strategy by:

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our UK-wide apprenticeship programmes to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery across multiple business units.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team, empowering them to deliver the best support to learners and the business.
  • Lead governance and process improvements across all apprenticeship activity, ensuring we remain compliant, efficient, and adaptable in how we deliver learning.
  • Produce meaningful insights and reporting that track learner success, engagement, and programme impact.
  • Procure, onboard, and manage relationships with training providers, ensuring exceptional performance and rapid issue resolution when required.
  • Act as our in-house subject matter expert on apprenticeships
  • Project manage multiple concurrent programmes, coordinating delivery windows across various business units.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:

  • Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Apprenticeship funding and apprenticeship policy
  • Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives effortlessly.
  • Confidence in negotiating and managing provider contracts and driving quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
