Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build report and analyse PRUServices user adoption, tNPS, monthly active user and electronic transaction.
Compile and analyse various related Campaign and Digital Marketing initiatives result for reporting and lesson learn for future campaign improvement.
PRUServices Content Development & Campaign
Support content development and approval circulation to respective departments.
Actively involve on PRUServices campaign rollout from ideation, communication, execution and tracking/monitoring.
Manage regular engagement communication through various own channel, e.g. email, WA, push notification.
Support User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Support user acceptance test for PRUServices related feature, run testing, record and follow up all testing result/activity.
Liaise with technical team for technical issue resolution
Requirements:
Final year or fresh graduate from any major.
Willing to do Work-From-Office (min 3x a week).
Committed to do 6 months internship period.
Strong data processing and analytical skill on various Campaign and Digital Marketing initiatives using Ms Excel. Other data processing tool such as Power BI, etc. will be advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills on English and Bahasa.
Agile with strong follow up skill and desire to learn along with professional drive.
