Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « TSP Apprentice » has just opened at Airbus India located in New Delhi. You will join the “Customer Services FHS-TSP” department in charge of TSP MOC - Defect Cell / TSP Engineering / TSP Planning & Technical Records /  Fleet Config. Management / FHS Component operations

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in June 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :
 

TSP MOC - Defect Cell

Assists MOC / Defect Cell with documents like work order as laid down in the various company documents in accordance with instruction provided by shift MOC staff. Assist in follow up on all reported discrepancies related to MOC / Defect Cell function.

TSP Engineering

Assist in Reliability Data Collection, Coherency & Quality Checks, and data analysis Technical Publication review and compliance. Multi ATA technical support for aircraft airframe and avionics systems, powerplant & structures.
 

TSP Planning  & Technical Records

Assist Planning Engineer in creating work orders and Work package Orders related to Planning. Assist Planning Engineer in management of Planning Workflow.
Assist Planning Engineer in management of Technical Records workflow.

Support development of dashboard/KPI for Planning & Technical Records Domain.

TSP Fleet Config. Management

Assist in independent oversight of the aircraft configuration (comp trees, assemblies, empty positions, LD-ND, component transactions).

FHS Components Operations
Assist in day to day activities of the respective Components Operations team, specifically in areas of customer management & supply chain management.


 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Continuing Airworthiness Management

Technical Skills - Aircraft systems, Maintenance Planning, Technical Services, Component operations, Maintenance Information System (MIS)

Soft skills - Communication, Stakeholder management, Time management, Value-based skills (Airbus core values)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in AME Diploma (3 or 4 years program) or University Bachelor (B.Tech) 

  • Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills : 

AME Diploma Holders - Basic knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance / Civil Aviation Act, Rules & Requirements. 

B. Tech -  Basic knowledge of the relevant branch of Engineering.
 

- Soft Skills :

 - Team spirit, Proactive, Autonomous, etc.

 - Basic knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-suite etc) 

- Language skills :

- English :elementary/intermediate / advanced / negotiation / fluent
