Job Descriptions:
Membantu pengelolaan dan monitoring berjalannya program loyalitas (end-to-end).
Mendukung pembuatan dan analisis laporan performa program.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan/atau partner/vendor terkait untuk memastikan penawaran program berjalan sesuai rencana.
Mendukung aktivitas administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait program yang akan dan/atau sedang berjalan.
Job Requirements:
Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate (jurusan Marketing, Business, atau terkait).
Memiliki minat pada bidang customer experience, loyalty program, dan marketing.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan PowerPoint (pengolahan data & presentasi).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan detail-oriented.
Bersedia belajar dan bekerja dalam tim.
