Location - Gurugram (On-site)
You will be part of a cross‑functional delivery setup, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and senior testers. The role offers strong learning opportunities, exposure to end‑to‑end digital flows, and a solid foundation for growth into senior testing or automation roles.
• Execute manual functional test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Validate end‑to‑end workflows, including data capture, field validations, and user journeys.
• Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, and re‑test defects with clear documentation and evidence.
• Maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test execution documentation.
• Support release activities and hyper‑care periods following deployments.
• Required fresher for manual or functional testing
• Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Ability to understand and test rule‑based logic, validations, and business workflows.
• Interest in financial services, onboarding, KYC/ODD, or other regulated environments.
